Last updated: January 26, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our F1 Reaction Game (the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service is a web-based reaction time game designed for entertainment and educational purposes, allowing users to test their reflexes against a simulated Formula 1 starting light sequence. The Service also provides data and commentary related to F1 for informational purposes.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Service. Misuse includes, but is not limited to: attempting to interfere with the proper working of the game; using automated scripts (bots) to interact with the service; or attempting to manipulate scores or leaderboard data.
4. Intellectual Property
The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code, and all other elements of the Service ('Materials') are protected by intellectual property and other laws. All Materials contained in the Service are the property of the site owner. The names, logos, and branding of Formula 1 teams and drivers are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for identification and commentary purposes only (fair use).
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the reaction time measurements will be perfectly accurate, as they can be affected by hardware and software latency, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the site owners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of our jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
